Understanding the display differences between Sharly Chess and the FFE website

Many of you have reported discrepancies between the pairings and tiebreaks displayed on Sharly Chess and those shown on the FFE website after the results are published.

Four distinct issues have been identified that disrupt the order of the boards on the FFE website:

• manual pairing and complementary pairings
• alphabetical sorting of compound names
• incorrect handling of acceleration groups
• changes to player ratings after round 4
