Who Is Responsible for Your Data

• The registration platform (sharly-chess.com): Sharly Chess SAS is the controller of the data described in this policy.
• The tournament management software (THP) and its website (thp.sharly-chess.com): the Sharly Chess association is the controller. THP runs on the arbiter's own computer and keeps its data there; it does not send personal data to the association. When an arbiter connects THP to the registration platform, the data exchanged with the platform is covered by this policy. The THP website collects no personal data beyond the technical logs kept by its host.

• HelloAsso: when an event's organizer takes payments through HelloAsso, you pay on HelloAsso's website. We send HelloAsso your first name, last name and email address to fill in the payment form, along with the order reference. HelloAsso's own privacy policy applies to the data you give them
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
